Chris carter
vICE PRESIDENT
Chris Carter was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Geospatial Science. Prior to joining RDC, Chris worked for multiple homebuilders around the Triangle performing various land acquisition and development functions. He worked his way through the industry starting as an analyst, then serving in several managerial roles, and eventually culminating as the Director of Forward Planning for the Raleigh Division of a major, publicly traded homebuilder. He comes to RDC as a well-rounded real estate professional with broad experience in market analysis, financial analysis, structuring transactions, property due diligence, community design, entitlement, and land development. At RDC, Chris is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the company as well as leading long-term strategic objectives.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Brittany Ayscue was born and raised here in the triangle where she attended school at Meredith College receiving her bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management and double minor in Business Administration and Marketing. Brittany joins RDC with over 5 years of industry experience getting her start in the flex office space where she quickly realized her passion for commercial real estate. Brittany handles the day-to-day operations of the RDC properties. She fosters animals through the Wilson County Humane Society, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and she is a huge Canes fan.
KEVIN JEWELL
BUILDING ENGINERR
Kevin Jewell joins the RDC team with over 35 years of industrial maintenance experience. He handles the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities at the properties in RDC Property Management’s portfolio. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and anything involving the outdoors. He is also a huge Duke fan.
